Organizational Description: We are a Thrift Shop, with over 350 volunteers who give generously of their time to sort, clean, and price the donated products, we work hard to get affordable products onto the floor for our customers. We donate to MCC and local community organizations that provide programs, outreach, and support to those who are vulnerable and in need.

Description of Duties:
Provide assistance in the retail furniture department on Saturdays. This volunteer position requires that interested individuals work on the customer floor and work in a sales-type atmosphere and participate in customer service-related interactions. Activities include answering customer inquiries, writing up sales slips, and cash register operation. Interested individuals will work as part of a team with fellow KMTS volunteers and staff members. Training will be provided.

Daytime The shop is open Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am - 5:00 pm. Expectations for shifts are generally 4 hours. It can be 9:00 am to 12:30 or 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
