Job Description: Inside Sales Parts and Aftermarket Ottawa
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, by taking calls and serving walk in customers.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external existing and new customers.
- Provide pricing, delivery times,
- Provide technical assistance and source required information/material.
- Prepare quote’s and follow up.
- Prepare sales orders and returns into the system.
- Up sell when possible.
- Place orders for non-stock parts and equipment
- Inspect and ensure all product received matches waybills.
- Open and verify packing slips match the product.
- Receive in system.
- Call customer for pick up orders once product is properly identified.
- Put away stock in and maintain proper bin locations.
- Ship all shipments.
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed
Skills:
- High level of commitment to customer service
- Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Requires a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
- Be a self-starter with a focus to contribute and succeed
