To learn more about the company, please visit: www.well.company.Position Summary:The People and Culture Business Partner (BP) has a strategic role in aligning human resources practices with the business objectives of assigned business units. The BP provides comprehensive HR support, focusing on employee relations, day-to-day HR operations, and fostering a positive corporate culture. This role requires close collaboration with the HR team and business leaders to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies that drive organizational success.What you will be doing: Employee Relations:Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters.Investigate and resolve complex employee issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.Enhance work relationships by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee engagement and retention.Provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.HR Operations:Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities.Support the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices across all business units.Business Partnering:Partner with business unit leaders to understand their goals and provide strategic HR support.Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders to drive informed decision-making.Identify and address training needs, working with the Learning & Development team to implement appropriate solutions.Talent Management:Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent, supporting recruitment efforts within the business units.Assist in workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place to achieve business objectives.Provide guidance on career development and succession planning, supporting the growth of employees within the organization.Facilitate the performance review process, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with business goals.HR Strategy and Corporate Culture:Support the development, implementation, and promotion of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business goals and foster a positive corporate culture.Work closely with the HR team to ensure that HR initiatives are consistent and aligned with the overall business strategy.Champion a positive corporate culture by promoting programs that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and overall well-being.Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Stay informed about changes in HR policies and employment law, advising business units as needed.Support the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.You have: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A certificate in Human Resources or a related field (CPHR designation is an asset, not mandatory).Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues effectively.Exceptional organizational and conflict management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High degree of professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential matters.The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
