We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Corporate Sales (Western Region) to join our executive team and drive our corporate sales initiatives in the Western region of Canada. Job Summary: The Director of Corporate Sales (Western Region) will be responsible for leading and managing the corporate sales strategy and operations in the Western region of Canada. This senior leadership role requires a dynamic and results-driven leader with extensive experience in corporate sales, business development, and team management. The successful candidate will be based in Vancouver and will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding Innivec's market presence in the Western region. Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy for the Western region that aligns with the company’s business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the corporate sales team in the Western region, setting performance targets and ensuring they are met.
  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand Innivec’s corporate client base in the Western region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
  1. Revenue Growth:
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales plans and strategies tailored to the Western region.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are achieved.
  1. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the corporate sales team in the Western region, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to succeed.
  1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats specific to the Western region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address market challenges and capitalize on opportunities in the Western region.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve customer relationships and sales processes in the Western region.
  1. Sales Operations and Reporting:
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the Western region.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  1. Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive overall business success.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience in business development, sales strategy, and team management, preferably in the Western region.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the Western region to meet with clients and support sales activities.
