Arctic Kingdom is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. This role is a crossover role for all of the Arctic Kingdom group of businesses, and involves hiring for roles within the NWT, Nunavut, Ontario, and other remote positions. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with Arctic Kingdom group business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process for staffing requirements of Arctic Kingdom and Blachford Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other employee issues Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management Develop and implement HR Policies Maintain and administer Bamboo HR Manage payroll with Ceridian Qualifications Requirements: More than 10 years of experience in HR People oriented and results driven Experience in Bamboo HR Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels in the organization Extensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Degree in Human Resources or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
