Synopsis of the role :

What you’ll do

Talent & Development : Support a variety of annual processes (ie. Engagement Survey, Year End Review process)

Data Analytics & Metrics: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends related to turnover, engagement, performance, and other key metrics. Prepare reports and presentations to share insights with the HR team and management.

HR Generalist Initiatives : Support the HR team with various initiatives including Co-op program, Take Your Kids to Work Day, Health & Safety and other general support.
What experience you need:

1-3 years of HR Generalist experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

Strong ability to work with G-suite, especially in Google Sheets or similar software.

Ability to grasp new technologies

Experience using Workday would be considered an asset.

Exceptional attention to detail, results-driven, and a can-do attitude.

Must demonstrate the highest standard in handling confidential and sensitive information
