We offer flexible solutions, including teams of on- or off-site dedicated recruiters.About the PositionYou will work closely with the Early Talent team with members located in Montreal and New York. As the Early Talent Advisor in Montreal, you will be responsible to help support the development of our Early Talent Program in Montreal. In this role, you will collaborate with the Americas Early Talent team to bring forward innovative ideas to help attract our Early Talent and stay informed of industry trends. You will be joining our dynamic and collaborative Early Talent Team for Americas.Key Responsibilities:Lead Sourcing Strategies: Drive the development and execution of comprehensive strategies to attract diverse early-career talent from universities and strategic partnerships, leveraging six years of experience in talent acquisition.Strengthen Campus Relationships: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with campus diversity leads, school teams, and senior leadership, utilizing extensive industry knowledge to secure top-tier talent and enhance employer branding.Oversee Early Talent Programs: Lead the planning and execution of a detailed recruiting calendar, managing both virtual and in-person, events such as career fairs, panel discussions, and high-potential candidate engagements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Autonomously Coordinate Events: Independently manage and streamline the logistics of all campus recruiting events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with recruitment objectives.Strategize Campus Engagement: Collaborate with school teams to design and implement targeted recruitment strategies at key universities, informed by deep expertise in campus recruiting.Drive Talent Conversion: Lead initiatives to convert high-performing Summer Analysts into Full-Time Analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and retention goals.Act as Primary Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact with career services and student associations, leveraging extensive experience to foster strong relationships and ensure smooth communication.Lead Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding and training processes for interns and Full-Time Analysts, partnering with training and development teams to ensure a high-quality experience.Manage Summer Intern Program: Lead and enhance the summer intern program, overseeing all aspects from onboarding to final placements, drawing on six years of experience to drive program success.Optimize Reporting Processes: Suggest and implement improvements in data tracking and reporting, leveraging experience with Taleo and other ATS systems.Enhance ERG Partnerships: Strengthen partnerships with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), integrating their initiatives into broader recruitment strategies.Evaluate and Improve Programs: Conduct detailed evaluations of recruitment programs, utilizing feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, providing expert guidance from job postings through to final hiring decisions.Build and Maintain Talent Pipeline: Proactively develop and manage a pipeline of high-potential candidates, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent.Core Competencies:Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Exceptional communication skills in English and French, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.Experienced in collaborating with program management and I&D leadership to drive and execute key recruitment initiatives.Detail-oriented and results-driven, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.Demonstrated ability to work independently, solving complex challenges with minimal oversight.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on early careers, internships, and campus recruiting.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in project management and process improvement.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong focus on leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
