Job Description Position: Senior Human Resources Consultant Type: Temporary Full Time until 01 October 2025, with possible extension Location: To be determined Definition of Work: The Senior Human Resources Consultant supports the Manager in providing strategic leadership and oversight to the HR Solutions & Analytics department. This role focuses on ensuring the development and deployment of HR systems to meet organizational demands and provides day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and direction to the Human Resources Consultants. The position liaises with various HR managers, Digital Health leadership, Executive leadership, employees, managers, and other internal and external stakeholders on various HR solutions matters and initiatives. Required Qualifications: Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Commerce or equivalent. Master’s Degree in Human Resources, organizational design, or a related area is an asset. CPHR certification is an asset. Experience:Minimum of five years of analytical and system design and development experience in a diverse healthcare and unionized environment is required. Experience in the interpretation and administration of collective agreements is required. Experience in a leadership role is an asset. A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required for this position.
