Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and working closely with the SVP, People & Culture, Chief of Staff, you have a modern “think-outside-the-box” attitude. Responsibilities

  • As a searching and sourcing specialist you will always be looking for new talent and consistently ensuring that all priority positions have a healthy list of qualified candidates
  • Candidate Experience - acting as a company ambassador, ensuring amazing candidate experience every step of the way is a positive one
  • Manager of full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to close
  • Develop and implement a higher-level companywide recruitment process
  • Source high quality candidates by leveraging all talent acquisition channels - through your network, headhunting, cold calling, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, networking events, and going outside the traditional methods etc.
  • Accountable for sourcing and pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback post interview, delivering feedback to candidates, and negotiating signing terms
  • Reporting & Analytics - running monthly analytics on time to hire, volume of applicants & interviews, InMail return rate, and anything else that would be of interest to the management team
  • Write and update job descriptions and determine the skills required for each job
  • accountable for internal and external job postings
  • Perform reference checks and background checks on candidates
  • Conduct telephone interviews and in-person interviews with candidates
  • Provide support to hiring managers throughout the entire hiring process (job descriptions, hiring coaching and consulting, process coordination, interview logistics, offer negotiation, etc.)


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of full cycle in house recruitment experience filling corporate (technology, marketing, etc.) and call center roles with experience in remote recruiting
  • Excellent technical and software skills - including MS Office Suite
  • Great leadership skills and experience working with different levels of management
  • Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, client service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and continue to achieve high quality results
  • Experience in handling sensitive/confidential information
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Experience working in recruitment for high growth and fast paced
  • Ability to multi-task on multiple roles at the same time
