Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. This candidate will be a conduit for change, be the guiding light to create a positive shift in the culture and mentor and develop the teams on site. ResponsibilitiesRecruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Oversee Payroll, Time and Attendance and benefits for employeesOverhaul of the policies and procedures Assisting in creating an environment of positive work culture, taking on employee surveys, implementation of events and training and developmentSystems implementation and assessment for HRIS and analyticsSuccession planning, performance management etc. QualificationsBachelor's degree or relevant experience5+ years' experience in Human ResourcesStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgement
