Automotive Account Executive - Field Sales

Important: This is not an inside sales job. This is an outside field sales role, which means you will be required to spend time on the road and visit dealers in all the key markets spread out across BC, as well as cold calling on new accounts. The preference is for this individual to live in/near/around Vancouver, BC, Canada. (70% road time and 30% in office).

How You’ll Make an Impact

Epsilon is seeking a Field Sales Representative to sell Epsilon's Marketing Services Products to targeted clients; small, mid and large Dealerships and Dealer Groups in an assigned market area. You will be responsible for hunting new automotive business clients and providing strategic, marketing communication solutions, plus required to prospect your geographic territory, targeting potential businesses through a consultative sales approach.

  • Work together to win together: The Field Sales Representative will report to the Area Sales Manager, and will work closely with key internal contacts, such as the Marketing Services Representatives, to assist with customer care issues and provide solutions.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the most valuable person on our team, because without sales we have nothing! We care about great work and great client relationships.   • Impact: You’ll have a seat at the table; you’ll partner with internal executives and external client executives while driving key Epsilon initiatives.
  • Career Growth: If successful, the Field Sales Representative may experience advancement to larger and more impactful implementations. Also, you may have an opportunity in the future to oversee and directly manage other Field Sales Representatives across multiple implementations.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring with you:
    • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience selling CRM/MarComm products to an existing client base.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to create, organize and produce professional sales presentations and quotes.
    • Business savvy and an opportunity seeker.
    • Effective project management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
