Are you an independent HR Consultant who loves working with diverse clients but isn’t so keen on spending your time doing business development? We’re looking to partner with independent HR professionals like you, as we continue to expand our client base. Join us at Ahria Consulting, a leading HR consulting firm in London, Ontario, and focus on what you do best.Here are some of the types of activities we may engage you in as an Associate to support Ahria’s clients:Conduct on-site HR audits for clients.Prepare and present proposals and recommendations.Analyze current HR programs and offer solutions.Advise on HR policies and procedures.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.Prepare reports and analyze data for HR projects.Lead organizational development activities including job evaluations, job descriptions and market compensation analysis projects.Lead training sessions on HR programs.Manage recruitment, terminations, and employee relations.Investigate complaints, accidents, and harassment cases.Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor when representing Ahria Consulting’s Brand.Carry out additional HR activities like health and safety, performance management, and succession planning.Promote other Ahria services like career transitioning, assessments, and coaching.Here is what we are looking for in our Associate HR Consultants:Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field.Significant experience in senior HR Generalist roles.Excellent understanding of provincial and federal related laws – ESA, Human Rights Code, OH&SA, Labor Relations Act.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Implemented an independent consultancy and have public liability insurance in place.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to build relationships.Strong time-management, prioritizing and multitasking skills.Able to work on-site (Southwestern Ontario, Canada) with our clients when required.What you will gain from partnering with us:Enjoy a competitive hourly rate for your expertise.Partner alongside our dedicated team of HR professionals who are committed to transforming organizations through innovative HR strategies and leadership development.Gain access to a broad range of clients, providing you with varied and fulfilling work experiences.Benefit from ongoing knowledge sharing opportunities and stay at the forefront of HR trends and practices.Receive the support you need to focus on delivering exceptional HR solutions while we handle business development and client acquisition.If this opportunity sounds like a perfect match for you, send your resume, business portfolio or creative introduction to [email protected].
