This job requires a person who can handle the dispatching of multiple technicians across multiple locations daily. They will be required to work with local Honeywell Field Service Engineers and Project Managers to come up with a detailed dispatching guide. Must be able to handle any changes that happen throughout the day and act quickly to make said changes. Will also be assisting local technicians on helping find accounts via phone/text. As a part of this job, this position also requires photo QA done daily in which data will have to be recorded manually with the potential of customer calling for appointments when needed. Need a person with strong excel skills to use a customize data analysis tool for quality checks.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of dispatching and scheduling experience.
