EmergiTEL is seeking a Talent Care Specialist to start as soon as possible.
This is a full-time permanent position of 37.5 hours per week with an annual salary of $50,000 plus dental insurance and extended health insurance benefits, and 2 weeks' vacation. Our office is located at 68 A Leek Crescent, Richmond Hill, ON, L4B 1H1. The language of work for this position is English.

The main responsibilities for these positions include:
Setting up employee information filing systems to manage employee files, data, company IT
information to facilitate identifying the best match for each job order.
Communicating regularly with internal and external clients to understand their technical needs, and
maintain positive business relationships.
Assisting in shortlisting or matching contractors with open job orders.
Assisting in onboarding new hires, providing information on the requirements of their placement,
and ensuring they have the tools and information they need to be successful in their role.
Providing guidance in the use of internal systems, software, and applicable deadlines for the
submission of timesheets.
Assisting in the management of physical and electronic records of office and employee documents.
Collaborating with the team to establish internal procedures to improve the effective functioning of
the company and office administration.
Providing information on contract terms, extension, and general administrative support to facilitate
successful completion of contractors' tenure.
Collaborating with other teams, such as the payroll and administrative teams, to ensure contractors
are well-prepared to start and are familiar with payment and invoicing processes.
Supervising and executing office compliance procedures.
Assisting in the organization and supply procurement for company events, such as conferences, job
fairs, hiring events, and networking events.
Sending satisfaction surveys to existing contractors to ensure quality and loyalty.
Assisting with employee discipline matters.

You must have the following qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or closely related
field of studies
Experience in the administration of the recruitment process for the IT industry
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding and experience using FG, Beeline, CATS, LinkedIn, Flextrack, Taleo, Monster,
Indeed
