RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR
The recruitment coordinator will work with our recruitment team to attract, hire, and onboard employees for our company and clients. The recruitment coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the agency recruitment, hiring, and onboarding / offboarding process.
RESPONSIBILITES
Post job requirements on job boards and social media outlets
Schedule interviews, reference checks, and coordinate background screening
Entry of information into ATS / CRM system
Interface with clients, hiring managers, and work with client ERP systems
New hire packages and onboarding / offboarding process
Initiate contractor rate reviews, extensions, and adjustments
Assist with internal and external reporting (KPI’s)
REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience and knowledge of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with MS Office, Adobe, ATS / CRM systems
- Experience working with Fieldglass, Beeline, and other ERP systems will be an asset
