If handling your own book of business from cradle-to-grave is what motivates you...then you are the perfect Producer for this brokerage’s Langley office. We’re not only looking for a Producer but someone who can build the team and grow the office.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the book of business from end-to-end.
- Develop and plan strategy to grow the bookand maintain clients.
- Help grow the office by recruiting and training new Account Executives.
What we are looking for:
- Must have a minimum of 5years of experience.
- Leadership experience is required.
- Level 2 license
- Great communications skills, comfortable in multi-tasking and must have good customer service skills.
