Job description

The role of the Business Development Managerwill be to work closely with the International Director in France to contributeto the expansion of the company in North America. This consulting firmspecializing in IT, more specifically the deployment of network and securityinfrastructure solutions, is looking to establish a client base in the region.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Participate inthe growth of the company in Quebec, Canada and North America;
• Generate newbusiness opportunities within existing customers and expand the company's reachto new customers;
• Explore andidentify key accounts in the region to develop business lines;
• Promoteinnovative offerings (Technical Innovations, and "as a service"offerings) with the support of technical consultants;
• Enhance clientrelationships and develop long-term strategic relationships;
• Ensure thatprojects meet quality standards and remain within the agreed upon framework(budget, technical...);
• Participate inthe planning of the business strategy (consultant workload, business forecast,reports...).

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Development Manager in the IT industry.
• Must havedynamism, curiosity, autonomy, determination and relevant experience inbusiness development;
• Knowledge inI.T with a strong dimension in infrastructures;
• Skills onnetwork issues and have an existing customer portfolio
• Bilingualismis a must.

Work conditions

• Permanent position
• Variable salary according to experience: $70,000 - $110,000 + 10-25%bonus;
• Hybrid role (office, road, remote);
• RRSP
• Reimbursement of public transport season ticket
• The person will be required to travel across the province as well as inNorth America on occasion (all expenses paid)
