Overall responsibilityReporting to the Human Resource Manager, Canada, this is a Generalist role supporting various Human Resource functions including Employee Engagement, Administration and General Enquiries.Key Areas of Duties and ResponsibilityAssist the HR team to provide daily support to ensure smooth operation.Support recruitment activities; screen resumes, phone interviews, manager interview scheduling, issue employment offers and background screenings.Prepare documents such as new hire contracts and employment letters.Initiate the on-boarding process of employees by confirming the IT requests, issue security passes with photos and assign system access.Ensure that all new hires have completed the required paperwork. Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policiesAssist with the RAIC process for all employees Create ADP profiles of all new hires in ADP WFN.Input and maintain updated staff records in ADP WFN.Work closely with Operations and Finance department to ensure compliance of legal requirement and HR policies.Maintaining accurate employee data records, leave records, training documents, and organizational charts.Serve as the first point of contact for all internal and external HR related inquiries or requestsMaintain HR documentation including employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure all HR databases and systems are up-to-date and accurate.Maintaining Uniforms inventoryProcess staff claimsAid in the back up of, payroll, compensation, and benefitsAd-hoc projects as assigned from time to timeQualities & RequirementsDiploma or above in Human Resources or equivalentMinimum 2-3 years’ experience in HR field.Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Responsible, independent, and self-motivated.Well organized, detail oriented and hard-working.Detail-minded, with strong analytical skills, positive and proactive.Excellent time management, able to prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.ADP WFN experience an asset.
