Job Description
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Pre-Owned Car Sales Representative will be responsible for fulfilling all documentation requirements for transactions, auctions, administrative tasks, and ownership transfers of vehicles. You will also be responsible for providing excellent Kenny U-Pull customer service and assisting our sales teams.
What you're responsible for:
- Ensuringall inventory is test driven and information sheets are complete on each vehicle for sale.
- Completing car sales checklist for each vehicle listed.
- Updating website with available inventory for sale.
- Ensuringvehicles are cleaned and detailed.
- Preparinginventory for weekly auctions
- Greeting customers, helping answer questions and advisingwhile providing excellent customer service.
- Completingall Service Ontario/SAAQ transactions for transfer of ownerships.
- Working with sales team as needed and any call to action from Branch Manager
- Providing consistent communication with Branch Manager and Car Sales Manager.
Qualifications
To join our team:

- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Ableto solve problems
- Task orientated
- OMVIC certification or willingness to obtain
