Job Requirements / Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and direct selling efforts.
  • Lead the recruitment and hiring in collaboration with HR of top-tier sales talent to build a high-performing team.
  • Implement effective sales processes and strategies to optimize performance and drive results.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Utilize analytics to track sales performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, to maximize revenue opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the technology or software industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create compelling sales presentations, client specific proposals, pricing models with defined client ROI.
  • Strong experience in building and scaling sales teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Deep understanding of sales analytics and the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive results.
  • Experience in selling through partnerships and building strategic alliances to drive business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with SaaS/PaaS technology platforms and the Recognition, Incentive, Loyalty & Rewards industry
  • Very strong Excel based analytical skills including large data manipulation and the ability to determine and summarize executive insight.
  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10-15+ years of sales experience (with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity), ideally in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • North American and/or global experience is considered an asset
  • Up to 40% travel
