Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Alignment

Understand the strategic needs of the company and talent requirements, and in conjunction with HR Director, align HR strategy to meet business needs.

Collaborate with business units to ensure HR initiatives support overall goals.

Lead HR projects such as employer branding initiatives, benefits plan optimization and employee events to support the organization.

2. Talent Management

Identify talent needs for different business units.

Participate in recruitment efforts, interview candidates and assess fit.

Facilitate smooth onboarding process.

Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.

Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.

3. HR Expertise

Interpret HR strategies, policies, guidelines and programs.

Provide expertise in areas such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Support organizational changes, communicate to employees and ensure smooth transitions.

Ensure practices adhere to legal recruitments keeping updated on legal practices.

Handle employee documentation and records.

4. Consulting and Coaching

Act as a bridge between employees and management.

Address employee concerns, conflicts.

Provide consulting and coaching to branch and department managers.

Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.

Align our people management with business strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field; Preference will be given to those with experience.

HR certification or major.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
